Workshop Description and Expected Outcome:
In this one-day workshop, using basic painting techniques such as washes, wet and dry, wet on wet, and blending methods students will create a variety of Christmas card paintings. These may include winter scenes, characters like snowmen, or traditional Christmas images such as trees and
ornaments. Upon these paintings, gold and silver markers can be applied as well as white sparkles to create a dynamic image.

Beginner: Students are new to the art or craft being taught. No experience is required.
Intermediate: Students have a basic understanding of the art or craft being taught. Students have taken a class or workshop previously or have otherwise had hands on experience with the art or craft.
Advanced: Students have significant experience with the art or craft being taught. Students are comfortable and competent with the art or craft.
