Students in Need of Support
The Wetaskiwin Art and Craft Centre welcomes children and adults of all abilities into their facility and is committed to the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in our programs. Participants who require close supervision, individual attention or assistance, or who have medical concerns must come with a support person (free of charge). Please indicate on your registration what supports or accommodations are required.
Refunds
​If you are unable to attend your registered class for any reason, please notify us as soon as soon as possible, prior to the program or class start date, by emailing: info@waacc.ca

No Refunds will be issued within 10 days or less from the start date of the class but registrants may have an alternate person attend the class for which they are registered.

​Cancellation Notice 11 to 20 days prior to the class start date - the full amount, minus a $15 administration fee, will be credited to registrants account or the registrant may have an alternate person attend the class for which they registered.

Cancellation Notice 21 days or more from the class start date - a refund cheque will be issued to the registrant in the full amount, minus $15 administration fee or the full amount will be credited to the registrants account or the registrant may have an alternate person attend the class for which they registered.​
Class Cancellations
We do our best to see as many programs and classes run however due to low registrations, if minimum size requirements are not met for a class or program, classes may be cancelled. Notification will be given prior to the class start date and refunds will be issued by cheque to each registrant.

Indemnifying Release of the Wetaskiwin Allied Art & Craft Centre
By registering to participate and by submitting payment to Wetaskiwin Allied Art & Craft participants agree:
1. To save harmless and keep indemnified the Wetaskiwin Arts & Craft Society, its organizers, and their instructors, officials, servants and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs and expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss, or damage to my or my child(ren)s persons, howsoever caused, rising out or in connection with my or my child(ren)s taking part in the event or activity but limited to taking part in this event or activity, and notwithstanding, that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the said bodies or any of them, their agents, officials, servants or representatives.
2. To acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with this activity and that I or my child(ren) could sustain personal injury through participation in this event or activity and I am hereby accepting to take that risk on behalf of myself or my child(ren).
3. To acknowledge that in some situations untrained volunteers may be involved in this activity and that I shall accept the responsibility of observing my child(ren)s participation in this event or activity and should I have any objection to the manner in which my child(ren) or myself are being supervised or instructed, I accept the responsibility to remove myself or my child(ren) from the activity.
