Worry Girl Acrylic Painting Class
Date: Saturday November 28, 2026
Time: 11 am to 4 pm
Number of Classes: 1
Target Audience: 16+
Experience Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Workshop Description and Expected Outcome:
The “Worry Girl” series was introduced to participants in the “Paint Me Hope” workshop offered in 2024 by Diana Ritchie of Kamamak Creations. The journey continued with a workshop in 2025 where participants evolved the "Worry Girl" into what ever they needed her to be. Diana will delve deeper into her personal journey of healing and the development of the “Worry Girl” character. Participants will be invited to explore their own version of the “Worry Girl” as she may connect to their own life journey.
The class will be safe and all inclusive. Your journey can be as private or open as you need it to be.
While being guided through the 5-hour project-based, acrylic painting workshop, participants will learn about “setting intention” as they develop their own style of expression through this therapeutic approach to art. At the end of the class, participants will take home their own (2x) 8" x 8" framed original artwork along with a set of Mandela tools to continue their journey at home.
This class has been sponsored by FCSS.
Cost of supplies included.
